What we do
Services and scope
Larsen Art Landscaping LLC provides residential and small-business landscape design, installation, seasonal maintenance and related outdoor services in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.
Each project begins with a written scope or estimate that describes the work, materials, timeline and price. We only perform the work described in that scope unless both parties agree to a written change order.
Site conditions can affect outcomes. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, drainage or structures that were not visible or disclosed before work began.
Estimates & pricing
Quotes, deposits and final invoices
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the information available at the time of the quote and may be adjusted if site conditions change or the scope is expanded.
A deposit may be required to reserve your spot on the schedule. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be listed on your estimate or contract.
Final invoices are due within 15 days of completion unless a different arrangement is agreed to in writing.
Payment methods
We accept card, check or cash
You may pay by credit or debit card, personal or business check, or cash. Checks should be made payable to Larsen Art Landscaping LLC.
Returned checks and declined card payments may be subject to a $35 processing fee. Work may pause on any project with an overdue balance until payment is brought current.
Getting on the calendar
Scheduling and site access
Start dates are estimates based on weather, material availability and our current workload. We communicate scheduling changes as soon as we know about them.
You agree to provide safe access to the work area, including unlocked gates, clear driveways and removal of pets or obstacles that could delay the crew. If we arrive and cannot access the site, a rescheduling fee may apply.
Cancellation
Rescheduling and cancellations
We understand plans change. You may reschedule an appointment or project start with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or after materials have already been ordered, may forfeit the deposit or incur a fee to cover sunk costs.
No refunds
All deposits and payments are final
Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Once a deposit is received, we reserve crew time and often purchase plants, stone or other materials specifically for your project. If you cancel, those funds cover those commitments.
If we are unable to complete the work due to circumstances within our control, we will apply your payment toward a rescheduled date or, if that is not possible, issue a prorated refund for work not yet performed.
Warranties
Our workmanship and plant guarantee
We guarantee our installation workmanship for one year from the completion date. If a hardscape element, bed edge or structural planting fails because of how we built it, we will repair or replace it at our expense.
Plant health is covered for 30 days from installation, provided the plants receive reasonable watering and care. We do not guarantee plants damaged by extreme weather, animals, pests, disease or neglect after installation.
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photos within the warranty period. We reserve the right to inspect the site before approving a repair or replacement.
Liability
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if we were advised such damages were possible.
We carry general liability insurance and maintain safe worksite practices. Homeowners are responsible for marking private utilities and informing us of any hazards before work begins.
Governing law
Pennsylvania law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

We’d rather talk it through than have anyone sign something they don’t understand.
